2.Hotel check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00.

 

3.Hotel Breakfast Buffet Information

The breakfast buffet is served daily from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Queen Ann Restaurant, located on the B floor. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes.

4.Is there a fee for Early check-in?

Please note that early check-in is subject to room availability and the hotel's surcharge policy as follows:

- Before 08:00 on the check-in date: A surcharge of 100% of the room rate per night will apply.

- From 08:00 to before 14:00 on the check-in date: A surcharge of 50% of the room rate per night will apply.

 

5.Is there a fee for Late check-out?

Please note that late check-out is subject to room availability and the hotel's surcharge policy as follows:

- From 12:00 to before 17:00 on the check-out date: A surcharge of 50% of the room rate per night will apply.

- From 17:00 onwards on the check-out date: A surcharge of 100% of the room rate per night will apply.

 

6. What is the hotel's child policy?

Please update the Hotel's child surcharge policy as follows:

- Under 6 years old: free of charge

- From 6 to under 10 years old: charged upon sharing a bed with parents.

- From 10 years old and above: extra bed (charged)/

 

7.Is parking available at the Hotel?

We do not have a car parking lot. Guests can park their vehicles at a private, paid parking lot located approximately 500 meters from the hotel. Hotel's staff will assist with directions upon arrival.

 

8.Is there a crib in the room for a newborn baby?

Baby cribs are available upon request and subject to availability.

 

9.Is smoking allowed in the room?

We would like to inform you that all rooms at our property are non-smoking. Guests who want to smoke can visit our smoking area located in front of the hotel on the ground floor.

 

10.Does the hotel allow pets in the room?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
